About the room:
The room is about 10x14ft and has a large window that faces the backyard. Great natural lighting and a closet.

Rent is $900 for the room, not including internet and PG&E (approx. $80). Security deposit is $1,111. Rent controlled.

The apartment is one of six units, in a recently retrofitted 1907 victorian. The unit is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building. The apartment has two bedrooms and there is no living room or common area besides the kitchen and bathroom. No washer or dryer but there are three laundromats within walking distance.
