I am working as a wine sales representative in the Financial District and I am also a freelance brand and marketing strategist for Fortune 500 companies in Midtown Manhattan.

I am very mature (I ran an NGO and lead an organization I created in my late teens) and laid back. I am also very easy-going.

I am currently living in Rockaway Park. The commute is painful and taking a toll on my energy and productivity. So I am looking for a place that will take less commuting time.

I am ready to move-in on as soon as possible and can visit your place during the week in the morning or during the weekend. I’m looking for a room for 1 year + in a nice and welcoming home.
