About The Apartment.
• Three bed room apartment located in Brooklyn, NY.
• Renting one bedroom within apartment
• Apartment has a fully furnished living room and kitchen.
• Private Bathroom
• $750 rent per month including internet excluding gas and electricity. The lease will start in Feb but you can move in a little bit before that.
• The apartment is conveniently located, only a 3 min walk to the J train at Van Siclen Avenue or a 12 min walk to the A, M and L at Broadway Junction. The A and C train is located at Liberty Avenue which is a couple blocks away from the apartment. Straight shot to JFK airport in less than half hour on the J train. 2 bus lines stop within a couple block radius and 3 bus lines located at Broadway Junction. 30-45 minutes from Manhattan (depends on the train).
Requirements:
• Please have proof of income and references ready.
• First month rent and security deposit
• No Pets and No couples.
