Hi. I am 37 year old who has lived in nyc for almost 15 years and in this apartment for 5. My current roommate is moving in with her partner and I am looking for someone to take over her room. I love the apartment and don’t want to lose it.

I have a hybrid work schedule and also am in school part time getting my masters. I keep a pretty mellow life and when not at work or studying I like to work in the backyard, cook, see friends, and hang with my dog. I will have a dog part time, he is a sweet little 7 year old Pekingese.

The apartment is two floors, 3 bedrooms, with the sleeping rooms and full bath on the 2nd floor with common area, kitchen, and 3rd room downstairs. The 3rd room serves as an office which is a shareable space. There is a large backyard, seating area, and grill for the warmer months.
