Hi there! I'm really hoping to move back to NYC by late July/early August and am just in need of a great roommate to share some of the expenses of living in such a wonderful city. Im looking for some female roommates who're kind, fun, respectful of the space and other people, and just nice people to be around. I would say I'm a very good roommate, I love cooking for people and I'm mostly tidy. I appreciate open, adult communication about finances and things as well. I enjoy hosting dinners and things, and I have family that may drop in from time to time ( with discussion beforehand of course). I have a boyfriend who may come around sometimes as well, we will respect boundaries. I really hope to get a pet as a part of my first apartment as well (preferably a dog). My ideal apartment would be a 2-3 bedroom with shared kitchen and bath. I prefer a nice kitchen to a nice bathroom though. My monthly income is currently 1600 a month, and I will be saving almost everything until move in as well.
