Alicia A - $900/month

Currently an administrative assistant in Westchester but going back to school in the fall for my masters full time (Baruch) for mental health counseling. I lived in the city for 2 years during college so if you're new to the area I can definitely be a tour guide :)

Mostly tidy, always keep shared spaces clean. Love to cook and bake and rarely eat it all so plenty to share. I do have two guinea pigs but they'll be in my room, you'll barely know they're there.

I live alone at the moment so I can basically bring with me a fully furnished setup (living room furniture, kitchen supplies, decor, etc). I do want to upgrade my couch though so if you have a good couch then we're all set.

Otherwise I'm on the border of extroverted/introverted so I love my alone time but also love having a few close friends over occasionally for wine and cheese or bachelor nights!

Only considering Astoria or Manhattan if that fits in my budget!
