Long Term. No pets or couples.

What were looking for in you: late 20s early 30s educated and responsible. Must be clean and respectful. This apartment is our sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city.

My roommate and I are both working on our health and prefer you to be healthy in the mind, body, and spirit.

About us:

Her: Mid 20's responsible and educated. Professional Irish Dancer

Me: Mid 30's freelance photographer. Former dancer and adventure seeker. I am an events manager for a multiple catering companies.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the coziness, the kitchen, and the outdoor space.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a 4 floor walk up with rooftop access where I compost. It's great for yoga and sun bathing during the summer. I often do photo shoots up there. We have a video intercom and our own private balcony with a BBQ.

You would be sharing a bathroom with the female roommate.

The apartment is on a tree lined street in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is located between the 30th Ave and Astoria Blvd N,W: stop Train 7 min 45 sec walk to the station. It's about a 20 min ride into the city. The Astoria Blvd station is always a consistent stop so you don't have to worry about the MTA skipping your station. The M60 bus also stops there. (the M60 can connect you to La Guardia airport all the way through 125th st Manhattan). Two laundromats around the corner. Plenty of great restaurants to eat off of 30th Ave. and multiple coffee shops.

This is more of a glass of wine with a homemade dinner over bars on the LES kind of house.

Must have steady income, and one month security deposit to move in. Utilities are not included in the rent. (Depending on the season and if you're good about not leaving the lights on utilities are around $90pm)
