My current roommate is moving West and ending our lease in Inwood, and I'm looking for a new spot in October. I recently shifted my career from the performing arts to health care, and I have a stable full time job as a fundraiser for a nonprofit--usually 1-2 days from home and the rest of the time at an office in Midtown or community centers across the city. I'm a reliable and communicative roommate who appreciates an organized and comfortable home. My interests include reading, writing, music, theater, astrology, politics, and I'm studying American Sign Language.
