This Brand New Home is under construction. We are seeking 3 people who would all like to live together cooperatively in one home. This is the first property we are building we are planning more under the brand LAHouseShares. This home sits on a large residential lot in a suburban neighborhood in Winnetka. Winnetka is located in the city of Los Angeles in Los Angeles County. The home approx 1175 sq feet with three bedrooms (one larger main) and 2 bathrooms. There is a double vanity separate from the toilet area for the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms to share. Once we have interest I will organize a gathering so those interested can meet face to face. We anticipate completion and move in sometime November 2022. The bedrooms range from 1,800 - 2,500. This will include many amenities including utilities, weekly cleaning, maintenance, cable, wifi and The single family currently existing on the same lot will also be an LAHouseshares property.
