Hi! My name is Maura Marshall and I am a third-year student at SDSU! I am currently working on my undergraduate degree in Journalism and PR. I will be studying abroad for the Spring semester this year and I am looking to sublease my room while I am in Florence Italy (January 10th - May 18th)! I currently live in a six bedroom house on Hewlett, which is only a ten minute walk from campus. The house is really nice and spacious and is fully furnished! My room is on the top floor, rent is $1050 a month and monthly utilities are usually about $100. The water bills come every three months and are usually around $45. We have a balcony off the kitchen and a really nice backyard with a hot tub and walking trail. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and super friendly! Also there are two other girls in my house looking to sublease their rooms for next semester!

Hi! I am currently looking to sublease my room for the spring semester of this year (January 10th-May 18th)! I live in a six bedroom house with five other girls on Hewlett Drive which is only a 10 minute walk from campus! The house is pretty newly renovated and super spacious. The living spaces are fully furnished and my room will come with a TV, bed, dresser, and desk. I have a large mirror closet as well! My room is on the top floor and shares a bathroom with one other girl. My rent is $1050 and monthly utilities are a little under $100. Additionally, water bills come every three months and are around $45. The house has a balcony off the kitchen and a big backyard with a hot tub and a walking trail down into the canyon! The neighborhood is pretty quiet and super friendly as well! The house has a big kitchen, washer and dryer, and space in the garage for a car. Also two of my roommates are also looking to sublease their rooms for next semester!
