Spacious room available for rent in an incredible 4 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. The unit is a newly renovated 2-floor apartment near Yankee stadium on a quiet tree-lined residential block. Apartment has gorgeous, clear finished hardwood floors with high ceilings; central Air Conditioning and Controlled Heat throughout. The apartment is right on the 1st floor and we have a camera to see all visitors as well as a free Washer and Dryer available downstairs.

I'm looking to sublease this room to a clean, non-smoking roommates (students or young professionals) between the ages of 25-35 who can move in immediately. I have a Bernedoodle puppy (trained and very quiet) so dog lovers are desired. The rooms themselves are unfurnished but the common areas will be furnished.

The bedrooms is furnished with queen size bed and furniture, has a larger closet, and will be $1250/ month. The occupant would share the main bathroom with only 1 roommate.

Common areas include a large living room with 65in TV; modern open kitchen, equipped with full size stainless steel appliances, a marble counter top, white cabinetry and subway tile backsplash; and a private backyard/ patio space.
