I grew up in the midwest, but I'm currently in Portland, OR, and moving to NYC in mid-August for a job!

I'll be working at a non-profit, 9 to 5, plus commute, and appreciate a quieter chill evening.
I had a cat growing up, do dog walking on the side, and love animals, so I would love to live with an existing pet, or pet-friendly building/apartment.

I like to cook and bake (not a meat-eater), so would love some kitchen space. It would also be great to not leave the building to do laundry (a.k.a. washer and dryer in unit, or in building).
