Hi, this is a inexpensive room for rent for someone looking to save money while they look for their own permanent space. I am renting a room out of this project property as I fix it up and turn it into a micro art studio. I am a technology professional and art entrepreneur - YouTube content creator with a goal of fixing this space and producing sellable art that I will sell in the Wynwood / Design District. The art studio is separate and on the opposite side of the space from the rental room. The rental room is separated from the studio space by a living room, kitchen and walk-in space. The rental room has no association with the art studio space. My goal is to level up my art business as a art entrepreneur and fix up the space so that's what I spend 100% of the time on so this is more of a money saving situation rather than a social interaction vibe as I have a partner, my art business and YouTube channel to grow . I am looking for a renter focused on their own situation and someone who simply follows the rental agreement. An artist, mature professional or mature student would be great. This is a quiet, safe, no drama space. No drugs, drinking, weapons, illegal activities. Because of liabilities, this rental room is for the person renting the room only. If you need guests please respectfully do not inquire. The ideal renter would rent the room for 3 to 5 months (month to month agreement / no lease). This room rental is perfect for someone looking to save money and stay close to Wynwood and Downtown Miami while looking for a longer-term space. I am a technology professional and artist-entrepreneur currently on an artistic YouTube journey, renovating an investment home to turn it into a live-in art studio. Because of this, I am offering a discounted rent of $675 plus (low $200 *refundable security deposit) while I complete repairs and prepare this space for showing my art in the area and during Miami Art Basel in Dec.
The art studio is not part of or associated with the room rental, but if you are an artist, the environment has a creative, content-creator-friendly vibe.
The (private) rental room and rental bathroom are on the opposite side of the house, "away" from the art studio area, so there is very little interaction between the spaces, and is quiet. The rental bathroom is directly next to the rental room. Kitchen use included. The rental room and studio area are separated by the entrance, kitchen, and living room as seen in the photos.
To avoid liabilities - NO GUEST, VISITORS, ETC. Only the person renting in the house/on property period. "If this is an issue, we respectfully ask you not to inquire".
