I just graduated from FSU and am moving to the area to start my first post-grad job in commercial banking right here in Coral Gables. I'll be working a standard Mon–Fri, 9–5 routine.

A bit about me: I'm Colombian, grew up playing soccer, and love staying active and outdoors. I hit the gym about 5 times a week and like to eat clean, but I also love to cook at home. During the workweek, I tend to keep things pretty lowkey and structured. On the weekends, I like to be more social, grab drinks, catch up with friends, and check out good DJ sets or live music when someone is in town.

I’m looking for a roommate who is a clean, responsible professional or grad student with a similar routine. I’m completely open to grabbing a drink and becoming friends if we vibe, but I'm also 100% respectful of personal space and down to just do our own thing if we prefer a quiet household.

Ideally looking for a stable 1-year lease setup near Coral Gables, but open to something shorter too.
