I'm a 27 yr-old single guy, clean and organized, don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. My deal breakers are health hazards: moldy places and air pollutants such as smoke, sprayed chemicals like lysol, and candles/incense. I love good smelling stuff still though, like essential oils and diffusers. Best method is simmering scent oils in small pot of water. I prefer good ventilation, respecting space, little clutter, good bathroom etiquette, and good cooking. Love all kinds of food, spices and tea. Pet friendly, love cats and dogs. I'm quiet and prefer a living space that isn't extremely loud too.
