My name is Mathilde, I’m 17 (turning 18 when I arrive) and I’m from the south of France, in Aix-en-Provence. I’ve been living on my own since I was 16, which has taught me to be independent, organized, and respectful of others. I’m moving to Miami to start a Bachelor’s degree in pre-law, with the goal of becoming a lawyer in the future. This project is very important to me, and I’m truly excited to begin this new chapter.
I’ve been to Miami several times already and completely fell in love with the city—its energy, diversity, and unique vibe. My lifestyle is quite balanced: I’m very focused on my studies and plan to work hard, but I’m also a sociable person who enjoys spending time with others when I can. I usually go to bed at reasonable hours (after my evening study sessions), but depending on exams and my schedule, I also enjoy going out or having some fun from time to time on weekends.
As for my interests, I love fashion, shopping, cooking, and sports. I did competitive dance for 10 years, which taught me discipline but also teamwork. I’m also passionate about the world of beauty pageants, as it combines elegance, confidence, and self-growth. I’m clean, organized, and always respectful of shared spaces.
When it comes to living arrangements, I’d like to find a roommate (girl or boy) with whom I can not only share an apartment but also build a genuine connection. Since I’m leaving a lot behind by moving here, it would mean a lot to me to live with someone open-minded who enjoys sharing meals, conversations, and maybe even a true friendship.
