I'm a creative, busy lady looking for a bit of an apartment upgrade - recently got a new job and would love to have a few more amenities and a more adult space. During the week, my day job hours are 8am - 4pm, and I'm often working on theatre projects in the evenings. On the weekends, I do like to have friends over sometimes, but otherwise I'm relaxing, watching TV, reading, or out. I'm looking for a clean, respectful roommate who is open to also being friends - an occasional dinner/walk/neighborhood exploration! I'd love to build a real home with someone cool. I'm clean, but not a stickler - definitely like to keep common areas free of extra clutter. I also have a sweet gray cat, who is not an asshole. Looking to be somewhere in Brooklyn or Downtown Manhattan, as I work off the 2/3 train, but definitely open!
