Hi! I'm Annabel and I'm looking for someone to share my apartment with! You would have the master bed and bath to yourself, plus the common areas and the building amenities like the lounge and balcony. The ideal housemate would be someone who is respectful and friendly, and who is independent and employed. I am going to be getting a cat soon, so pet-friendly is a must, and the building is non-smoking. (Please note that I am on vacation right now, so my photos are not up-to-date yet, sorry!)
The area is clean and safe, and right next to Morrison Bridge with nearby bus transport lines (you can even see the river fireworks from the windows).
