I'm a middle-aged responsible adult male. I always pay my rent and bills on time. My personality is easy going and relaxed, though I am kind of shy and quiet, until I get to know someone.
I don't smoke, nor use drugs (not even pot). I don't have any pets but am pet friendly, I especially adore cats! I'm looking for a place with a private bathroom for myself. I would like to team up with someone to split costs on a new place. I am open to both male and female roommates (I have had both in the past) and age doesn't matter to me either. I am not a party type person, but am open to socializing if roommates would like that. For example, I enjoy watching movies so that is an activity I would be open to with roommates. I also like playing board games.
