Annie R - $3,000/month

I'm Annie and I am planning to move to the city in August (open to July or September leases, too). Ideally I want to live in Manhattan to keep the work commute reasonable but I am open to Brooklyn and Queens.

I just graduated from the University of Maryland Law School and have a job in Midtown that starts in September. I will be in person at least 4 days a week and will likely be busy during the weekdays and in the office.

A few things prospective roommates may want to know: I am a pretty neat person but don't mind clutter (except for dirty dishes). I probably will want to hire a monthly cleaning service for deep cleaning, though. I love having people over although won't do it often, don't mind if my roommate does. I am not an early riser but also don't stay up that late during the week. I am very liberal and hope to have a somewhat like minded roommate.

I love watching college football on the weekends, reading, working out, and I try to cook often. I am really excited about the move to NY and want to explore the restaurants and nightlife, hopefully with my roommate.
