Looking for a great roommate who's respectful, kind and clean and quiet to share my gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment with me (I only rent 1 master bedroom out).

Apartment is an upstairs corner unit, balcony - located in a -story secured entry building that also has an unheated pool. The apartment is fully furnished except your bedroom/bath. You get your own large, spacious unfurnished private master bedroom (w) with private bathroom (shower), walk-in closet, mirror sit-down vanity, and it includes one subterranean parking space in gated garage (with remote control).

Open kitchen. Comfortable and clean, soothing decor, tree-lined street with ample parking. Great light all day long. Laundry room located in building. Includes: refrigerator, stove, dish washer, microwave, kitchen appliances (dishes, blender, coffee maker, utensils, etc.)... Basic amenities in kitchen.

I am a business woman and work from home and I am looking for someone who works outside of the home and doesn't bring the party home. My home is a peaceful, zen environment. I am quiet, extremely tidy and clean in the common areas and am looking for a roommate who is as well. Zen, chill, good vibes only! No animals.

Basic utilities (electric and internet) are included in rent. Bi-monthly housekeeper is not included. Security deposit of 1 months rent required, separate from rent which is $/month. Must provide credit references and be cleared by property management company - You will not be on apartment lease but will be required to sign a month to month lease.
