I am sorry to ask but does anyone know a place where I can stay?

I'm a nycha resident and adult college student and have significant noise problems with upstairs neighbors that runs all night / day long. I have not been able to sleep for several nights and nycha has been of no assistance. This has been ongoing since july 2019. The noise is so bad. This is a desperate plea, and while i know that there are many people in more dire need, i cannot continue like this. It is a physical and mental stress that is taking a toll on my education and health. Again I am sorry, and this is embarrassing, but i am running out of options. I can pay a meager rent and maybe work something out.
