The apartment was completely renovated before we moved in so we have brand new hardwood floors, granite countertops, new bathroom, dishwasher, and central heating. We also have a huge private deck with bbq and gorgeous views of the Golden Gate Bridge. The kitchen is large and has an open floor plan to the dining room and living room area for easy entertainment. It’s also been handy during WFH.

The room is huge and has its own walk-in closet, private back entrance, and furnished with queen bed, desk, armoire, and more. The furniture can be removed also if it’s not wanted.

We’re in a gorgeous location, steps from the cable car, close to Polk sheet (far enough to avoid any noise), and walking distance to North Beach, Marina, Nob Hill. If you are working downtown/financial district, the bus stop is right behind us on Union street.
