Our place is a 3-bedroom, split bath apartment in a great location in the Panhandle. The room will be ready for move-in mid-July to August 1st (rent will be prorated).

Apartment: The bright top-floor apartment is located near Fulton and Lyon, walking distance to Divisadero (Bi-Rite, Sightglass), Alamo Square, Golden Gate Park and Luckys Supermarket. We’re also close to Muni 5, 21, 24, 43. Our space has a lot of natural light, hardwood floors and coin-operated laundry downstairs.

A little about us: We are two women in our late 20s/early 30s. Since Covid, we’ve been working from home and are careful about social distancing. We respect each other’s space but also enjoy spending time together - mainly watching and being flabbergasted by 90 Day Fiance. The apartment is a relaxing, clean, smoke-free retreat and we love living here!

About you:
We’re looking for someone who is gainfully employed, will keep the common areas clean and is easy to get along with. Sorry, no smokers, pets, couples, or live-in significant others.

Rent is $1350/month plus ~$150/month for PGE, internet, and a monthly house cleaner. Security deposit is $1333.
