Located in the tourist area of Little Havana. Perfect location to all areas of Miami including Brickell, Miami Beach, Wynwood. Very safe area with a lot of restaurants and markets around. 10 minutes from Brickell and the metro station with Free trolley service passing one block from the house. Second floor of a townhouse with that huge balcony at the entrance. Nice living room and dining room space and a very big kitchen. There is laundry machine inside the apartment. There is also parking inside the premises.
