Hi! My current roommates and I are looking for someone to fill either of the two rooms. We are 23/24 looking for either LGBTQ+ or female roommates for our four bed two bath apartment in the East Village.
I'm Sam, 24, nonbinary (they/them), native New Yorker, and I run a queer tutoring business. I love to cook and trying new restaurants so I like to go out with friends a couple of times a week. Otherwise I enjoy working out, a chill night in, or hosting a couple of friends for a movie night. I also love dogs and have a very sweet, well-trained cockapoo named Rosie.
The apartment has an enormous private terrace, kitchen with new appliances including a dishwasher, elevators, doorman, gym, and laundry in building.

Looking for a roommate for a queen bedroom in the East Village
We are looking for a fourth person to rent a queen bedroom in our apartment for $1700 a month. It's a doorman building with elevator, gym, laundry, and we have a huge private terrace!
