Hi All. I'm a recent transplant to the East Coast -- I hail from Portland, OR, but I've been living in Philly for a year and I'm looking to move to NYC. Looking for a place that provides good access to FiDi/Midtown, since that's where my future job prospects will land me. Right now I will be working fully remotely until I find a new position.

I'm currently employed in Commercial Real Estate, and I'd like to think that I'm pretty chill. I'm pretty sociable as well, and I'm happy to hang out. I keep clean when possible and I expect the same from you, I try to be as respectful with noise and personal space as possible.

I like to cook, make espresso, watch movies, and play video games, and I'm looking at getting into running and kickboxing.

Preferred non-smoker/no pets. Open to discussion.
