Looking for a third female roommate to take over lease for one of the rooms in our three-bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Midtown East.

The building has a 24/7 doorman, elevator, and laundry in basement

The Apartment/Room:
Bedroom has a large closet, East-facing window, and great floor-to-ceiling built-in shelves for storage/decorating. Kitchen has brand new appliances.

The location:
Perfect location: walking distance to E, M, 6, 4, 5, & 6 trains. Plenty of buses and a Citi bike station right outside. So close to all of the best bars and restaurants and east side river.

About Us:
Two professional women in their early 30s/mid 20s, working in the media industry. Quiet and clean. Busy with their work schedule, and enjoy socializing with friends on weekends.

Finances:
$1200 per month + utilities (~$50 for electric and internet)
Must submit proof of income/have good credit, pay security deposit, and be willing to sign a one year lease beginning Sept.
