10X10 room with your own bathroom. Living room, kitchen and patio are all furnished, so you'll only need to furnish your room. Laundry is not in unit, but is in the building right next to us. We're right next to Carlsbad Village, and walking/ short driving distance to the beach.
I do own a small 8 year old Border Terrier mix. She's cautious of people at first, but warms up to calm people quickly. No pets, non smoker. I'm a clean person, and am looking for someone who is the same way. The complex is smaller and quaint, a lot of the residents know each other.
