Hi, I’m a recently single 44 y/o guy starting over in life though with a great attitude and eagerness to find out what’s in store for this new chapter. My party days are behind me, but I enjoy experiencing life through things like jumping out of planes, racing fast cars, working on my classic car, snorkeling with sharks, trying to learn how to surf and being sober, am involved with that community as well. I take great pride in my home as it has taken a lifetime of hard work to achieve the goal of owning a piece of property in San Diego, and i enjoy DIY, landscaping and one can never have too many tools.
