Retired male living in South Tampa, 1 mile from Bayshorr Gate, MacDill AFB. Your roommate is a handyman type and the father of active duty military who owns the home and lives out of state. She visits a few times a year with her veteran husband, and the father is a handiman type. So, it's sort of like rooming with your own superintendent. Master suite has its own bathroom, backyard access, and screened in porch for 1200 per month. Other bedroom uses the hallway bathroom for 800 a month. Your choice as to which you'd like.
