Lovely private bedroom and bathroom. Right by all the things you need to thrive! Superstore is a 10 min walk, got music everywhere down here, great pathways and bike trails!
Security here is aces and they are very friendly if you need anything! Property Management is super responsive! Everyone in the apartment is friendly!
Rooftop patio, gardens, oh and a bee hive!
For utilities we would just need to worry about electricity and internet! They do have a pet fee and BTW my boys (two cats) are good with dogs or other cats!
There is parking and bike storage in the lower level. Heated and secure. They also have massive massive storage units available to rent for 35! Yes you can rent multiples if you want to.
