There are currently 4 international tenants, (23-34), clean and quiet males, and either working or going to U of C full time. Looking for a male who is also clean, quiet, and easy to get along with. Great location for U of C students and bus at the end of the street that goes right to SAIT.
 
The house has been upgraded with some renovations, nice brick backyard, natural gas BBQ, and brand new kitchen appliances. The house is located about a 7 minute walk to U of C and to University/Brentwood C-Train Stations, and 4 minute walk to Brentwood shopping center (FreshCo, London drugs... Etc.)

The rent is $700/month with a 6-12 month lease, includes all utilities as well as unlimited Fiber Optic Internet, lawn & snow care, and a cleaner comes every 2-weeks for deep cleaning common areas. Parking is available on the street.  Security/damage deposit is required (one months rent).
