Looking for a new roomate to share the space with starting January 1 (year long lease that starts March 1st 2024-ends Feb 28 2025), though room is available for move in now this month. Rent will be $1145 monthly. Utilities are included apart from splitting electric (avg. $50) and Wifi ($30).
Common areas are furnished, kitchen filled with appliances and cookwares that are welcome for use. It’s a two floor unit with a spiral staircase. The rooms and full bathroom are upstairs and the living room, kitchen and half bathroom downstairs. The place is located on Broadway right behind the Marianos and XSport. It’s a 12 min walk to the Belmont Station and a few blocks down from the water. It’s street parking in case you have a car! Laundry on the ground floor of the building, more premium cleaners nearby. A little bit about me - I’m 30 - I work full time so I won’t be home from the morning till about mid afternoon. I’m tidy and easygoing. I work for Costco Wholesale and also do digital illustration when I’m not working. I have two friendly old cats who love people.
