I am a 26M who moved to NYC a year ago from the midwest, and I am working in tech in the city. My roommate is early 20s fresh out of college. We are relaxed on the weekdays but don't mind drinking on the weekends. I play soccer in the park nearby the house and we have a grocery store on the corner. We are a block and a half away from the E and M to Manhattan and the 7 Train is right outside.
