Available October 1st, I have two vacant rooms in a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment located in the lovely Laurel Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, CA 94118. Both rooms are not furnished. Current roommates have decided to move out of the city and I can have a potential move in date as early as September 27th. The reduced pricing is negotiated through Dec 2020. Then a month-to-month option would be available.

- 1st Bedroom (Larger) has plenty of room for any size bed and desk with plenty of natural lighting. Large sliding door closet with full-length mirrors and direct access to the outdoor patio. Rent is $1,250 + $1,400 Security deposit = Total move in $2,650

- 2nd Bedroom (Smaller) has room for a queen size bed with adequate closet space and sun lighting. Rent is $1,100 + $1,350 Security deposit = Total move in $2,450

About Myself: Professional (tech sales) male in mid-30s, working mainly an 8am to 6pm M-F schedule. I’m an apathetic, fun, chill and most importantly a respectful gentleman that is mindful of other people’s space and property. Currently I enjoy exercising, light running, urban and nature exploring, traveling (when possible), reading and binging out on the latest or greatest streaming shows or movies! I occasionally also enjoy going out on weekends for outside dining but do not bring the party home and wouldn’t want you to either! Also, taking all Covid-19 precautions.

I’m looking for someone that’s responsible, clean and employed but willing to hear your story if in between jobs given the pandemic. It would be great to also have people that want to make this a fun living situation, can get along with most anybody but can also do their own thing.
