I recently purchased my home in Vacaville after being gone for 18 years. I am proud to have been able to finally purchase a home and take pride in the upkeep of the yard and cleanliness of the house. You will have access to the kitchen and living spaces as well as your own patio or, the use of the deck and large backyard and charcoal grill. On-site laundry in garage. The house is on a quiet court in desirable North Orchard neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Prospective tenant must have proof of employment and good credit. I will also consider a dog so long as it is friendly with other dogs (must be friendly w/ my own dog), non-destructive and house trained.
