​The House: A charming, vintage 1920s home (under 1,000 sq ft) with plenty of character. It features a cute and calming backyard oasis with lots of plants—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding.
​The Shared Spaces: Fully furnished living and dining areas, a shared vintage kitchen (no dishwasher), a shared small bathroom, and a washer/dryer.
​The Room: Unfurnished bedroom with HVAC (heating/air).
​The Perks: I’m a singer and love a peaceful, creative atmosphere. If you're a fellow creative or someone who just values a quiet sanctuary, you’ll love it here.
​The Deal (Truly All-Inclusive):
​Base Rent: $950/month.
​What's Included: High-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix/Hulu, Electricity/SMUD, Water/Garbage.
​The "Hotel Service": I also provide all shared household essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.). You only need to buy your own food and personal toiletries!
​Cleaning Discount: I am happy to offer a discounted rent of $825/month if you’d like to take on the primary cleaning of the common areas.
​The House Rules (To keep things peaceful):
​Communication is Key: Looking for someone reliable and straightforward.
​Cats: Must be a true cat lover! (I have two).
​Environment: No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol on-site, and no overnight guests.
​Parking: Plenty of street parking available.
​Move-in requires a security deposit (one month's rent).
