Single Occupancy Only: Looking for one person only to keep the home quiet and manageable.
No Overnight Visitors: To respect privacy and keep shared spaces comfortable, this is a guest-free home.
100% Clean Living: Absolutely no drugs, no smoking/vaping of any kind, and no drinking inside the home.
Pet Note: Must love animals! I have a sweet dog and cats at home, so you must be pet-friendly (no additional pets can be brought in).

The Space:
Your Room: A small bedroom with 1920s character. Perfect for a cozy layout.
The Main Room: A multi-functional shared "great room" that includes a comfortable living space, a dining table that seats three, and a dedicated office desk area.
The Backyard: A small, private, and cutesy backyard oasis filled with plants and a hammock. It’s peaceful and the perfect spot to read or decompress.
The Kitchen & Bath: Funky 1920s vintage! Because it’s a classic home, the single bathroom is on the smaller side and the kitchen doesn't have modern amenities like a dishwasher. You will have kitchen cabinets completely cleared out for your own use, dedicated fridge space, and your own cabinet in the bathroom.

The Details:
Rent: $750/month
Utilities: INCLUDED (PG&E, water, trash, and high-speed Wifi are all covered!)
Parking: Street parking only (the 1-car garage is occupied).
