I am searching for a private bedroom with a walk in bathroom in the North Phoenix area in the area of zip code 85032 or 85022. Need a place with access to the bus lines.

I have full time employment as a credit card services contact center agent. I will have a cashier's check to pay the rent to move into a room that I choose to move to. I do not smoke, or drink. I will not be bringing in any kids or pets, nor do I play loud music.

However, I would be okay with any pets who are peaceful to live with. I am a cat person, and I also think it would be neat if there was an aquarium in the house. Any dogs, I would want to know the breed as well as assurance that they are well behaved.

Home must be in good condition with functioning A/C and kitchen.
