We are looking for a young professional to take over a bedroom in a 4 bed/2 bath multifamily apartment in the heart of Medford! Move in date can be discussed (available September 1). We are around a 20 minute walk from Davis Square, walking distance to Tufts, various bus stops to take you to the orange line or red line, 8 minute drive to assembly row, six car driveway shared with the downstairs unit, and free street parking (no permit needed).
This house was fully renovated a few ago. The current tenants (us) are the first tenants! This bedroom is $1150 a month (does not include internet or utilities). The room has a large closet with plenty of space for a bed, dresser, couch, and desk. You will share a bathroom with one other roommate. Plenty of space to move about with two floors, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, living space and FREE laundry in a clean basement. This space is great for a work from home professional!

-A working professional or a graduate student
