Hi! I am looking for 1 or 2 friendly, clean roommates to start a new lease in a few months! I have seen lots of bright, spacious 3 bed 2 baths in Brooklyn (cobble hill, boerum hill, downtown brooklyn), but with Covid prices I would be interested in looking anywhere up to 20 minutes from Fidi, including most of Manhattan.

I am an easygoing, respectful and clean roommate, who will probably be working long hours during the week! I enjoy my quiet recharge time when I am home, but am pleasant to be around, and I am always there if my roommate needs me. Good communication and keeping a clean common area are important to me. I love to do any sort of outdoor activities when time allows and spend my decompressing time either reading or watching movies in my room!

I would love to be able to have my partner stay over a couple nights per week- we are both super respectful and unobtrusive! I don't mind overnight guests at all if they are similarly respectful.
