About us:

Three young professionals all working in IT and government contracting. We like to workout, hike, and hangout with friends during our free time. We have a friendly dog named Bella (she is a mini Australian Shepard - 32lbs) and are willing to welcome another dog depending on the size, breed, and behavior around other dogs. Sorry no cats.

Rent:

$1000 plus electric, gas, water, internet, monthly housekeeping service, and lawn care service every 2 weeks (April-November) split between 3 people and a $1300 security deposit. There is a $50 application fee for a background/credit check as well as proof of income.
