The apartment is on 2nd Avenue between St. Marks and 7th Street, right in the heart of the East Village. Its in walking distance of amazing bars, dollar slice pizza, workout studios and the NQR and 6 subways.
The shared space is fully furnished with a pull-out couch, TV, and small side table for eating! The kitchen has a dishwasher and the bathroom has a window which I've put an air conditioner in to cool down the living space in the hot summer months.
The bedroom has one window, an exposed brick wall, a full closet and a crawlspace for storage! While the room is certainly on the smaller side, it fits a full sized bed as well as a nightstand and small dresser. The room faces the interior of the building so it's always quiet and the walls are an off-shade of white so you can decorate them however you please!
