Devan A - $1,500/month

Hi! I'm a 27 y/o (soon to be 28) female originally from Western PA. I moved to NJ about 5 years ago, but want to make the transition into the city. I have an 8 y/o small Morkie, Bentley, that's very well behaved and a lazy guy.

I would say that I'm very laid back and easy to get along with. During the week, I'm low key, go to work and the gym. I work a 9-5 job, but do have to take exams regularly, so I am usually studying during the week after work. I may also be working from home time to time. On the weekends I like to go out a night or two, but also like to have chill weekends of Netflix/wine. I am pretty clean and organized, and typically clean once a week or so. I'll usually cook lunch/dinner on Sundays for the week.

I'm looking for someone that could be my friend, but also respects my space and studying. Going out on the weekends would be fun! Or maybe watching a movie and relaxing! I would be new-ish to the area, so I don't have a huge social circle. I'm looking to move in March/April, but I don't have a strict deadline.
