Hi everyone, I am looking for someone respectful, clean, and an individual with a steady job to take over a room at my place. This is a two-bedroom condo with parking space available. 7 mins from Cherry Creek Mall and 15 Mns to Downtown Denver.

I am quiet, respectful, and good about being tidy, down to earth, chill, and like to communicate with the people I live with. I don't like to party in the house so keep that in mind except on occasions I like to host dinners with friends, neighbors but we try as always to keep it down.

I don't do drugs and would like someone who shares the same. 420 Friendly but it has to be outside. The room you will be taking over has a patio so that shouldn't be an issue.

When I am off work, I like to watch movies, cook, clean, travel, and hang out with friends. I am hardly home due to my busy schedule.

I enjoy all things outdoors.
