Mostly trying to afford a nice place with a fenced yard for my dog, close to Cherry Creek / Chatfield or ~20 minutes from either. Looking for a roommate, not a room for rent.

I work from home full time, ~10a-6pm. Lived in CO from 2020-2022, moved to NC and looking to move back. Aiming to move in August / September but flexible.

My best bud is a ~5yr old active husky mix, and gets along with the vast majority of dogs. We go to the dog park regularly. I would prefer a roommate who has no pets (but is dog friendly obv), or a similar sized dog (~50-70lbs) that can match his activity level.

I would be moving from out of state so would want to meet you on video calls and see if we're a good fit, and also don't want to get catfished lol. Be safe out there.
