Spacious Room in East Williamsburg for $925
Hi all!
We're looking for a mature and friendly roommate for our spacious 4-BD apartment. The large available bedroom priced at $925 is a steal in a prime Williamsburg location. Extra utilities include wifi, electric and gas, and fall between $50-$80.
We’ve lived here for two years and love the area. We're a 1-min walk from the Grand stop on the L and 10-min from Metropolitan G. The area is surrounded with bars, restaurants, and all that other good stuff.
The available bedroom is spacious with high ceilings, large windows for sunlight and can easily fit a Queen sized bed, a desk, and other furniture. The room comes unfurnished.
We're working professionals in our 20s and 30s with super busy schedules. We hang in the common areas but mostly do our own thing, specially while working from home. On weekdays, we don't bring the party home and we hope you won't either.
Goes without saying, but we need you to be mature, POC, LGBTQ friendly and not racist. Also, someone who knows how to live with roommates, respect their living space and clean up after themselves.
The lease starts December 1 till Nov 2021. As per the landlord, you'll need proof of income and decent credit to apply.
No pets, unfortunately. No sublets either.
