Hi! I'm Joaquín Arias. I'm from Argentina, I just arrived here in Surrey. I will by studying at KPU, Surrey campus. I'm looking for someone to share apartment so it's cheaper for both. I don't have any pets but I really love animals, so I don't mind if you have pets. I love having rules so I won't have any issue at establish some rules in order to have a better coexistence. I consider myself a 8 out of 10 in tidyness and cleaning. I don't smoke or drink alcohol and not into parties.
