Midtown 3BR, Filling 1 empty room
Our 3rd roommate is moving out in January, we are planning to sign a 6 month lease to end after June 2020 and want to fill the vacated room for the 6 month lease. Good short term option and great location on Park Ave in high rise building with doorman. We have all essential appliances and kitchen stuff, and the room will likely be available to be furnished, but does not have to be if you have furniture. I have a 25lb Shiba Inu, he is very shy and mostly quiet. We both work pretty long hours and aren’t home all that much.
