Marwa A - $2,000/month

Hi I'm Marwa! Originally from the DMV and went to UVA for undergrad and law school. This is my first time living in NYC and want to share my living experience with someone fun, relaxed, but also a hard worker. I have one cat (Riri) who is very sweet and loves people. I will be working in midtown so I want to stay close to work since I'll likely be working late hours on occasion. I'm a social person but also value peace and quiet at the appropriate times. I don't usually host big parties and gatherings at my house very often, only on special occasions (so like 2-3 times max per year, if that!) but I am very welcoming of guests in the home as long as they are respectful. On the weekdays I'll likely be out of the house between 9-7 and on weekends I like to sleep in a little (like 10 am or so).

I *like* to cook a lot, but my work schedule is pretty heavy so I doubt I will find the time to use the kitchen too often. I'm a pretty clean person (like a 7 or 8 on a scale of 10) but kitchen and bathroom hygiene are my most important priorities since it's where we eat/get clean, and I am very good about cleaning up after Riri.

I don't smoke cigs and would prefer a home that doesn't smell like cigarettes, but I'm pretty 420 and hookah friendly (as in, I partake very occasionally but don't care if my roommate does it as often as they want).
